The 5-line Vinted description template
Most buyers read Vinted on a phone, so short lines beat long paragraphs. This structure covers what buyers ask most often:
- Line 1: brand + item + key feature
- Line 2: size, and how it fits (true to size, oversized, runs small)
- Line 3: condition, with any flaws stated plainly
- Line 4: measurements (pit to pit, length, waist, inseam)
- Line 5: bundle or shipping note, then a few hashtags

What to leave out
- Guesses about authenticity you cannot back up
- Brand names in hashtags that are not the item's brand (keyword stuffing)
- Long stories: keep it to facts buyers use to decide
- Hiding flaws: they lead to returns and bad reviews
Tips that help items sell
- Use daylight photos and show the label and any flaws
- Add measurements: they cut down on 'what size?' messages
- Pick the right category and brand field so filters find you
- Refresh old listings by improving photos and title rather than spamming
