What we collect

When you generate a listing, we receive the photo and optional details you submit (brand, size, condition). We also see your IP address, which we use only to apply the free daily limit (counters expire after about a day). If you subscribe, we store the email address used at checkout and your subscription status.

How photos are processed

Photos are sent to a third-party AI provider (such as OpenAI) to generate the listing text. We do not store your photos on our servers after the request is processed. The AI provider may retain data briefly under its own policy for abuse monitoring.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Cookies

We set one cookie to remember a Pro subscription on your device. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the email and subscription record we hold by writing to support@listsnapai.com.
